In MNT, the purpose of “Management with Targets” is to determine and define the institutional direction and targets related to administrative issues. Aiming to connect the targets of our company with the targets of the personnel, to form activity plans that will provide access to these targets and to evaluate the obtained results, our Management with Targets approach’s one of the most important feature is that the personnel working in each head and branch office contribute in the management.

| OUR PRINCIPLES |
Through the SWOT analysis conducted in the beginning of each year in our company pursuant to this; the targeted short and middle term basic targets as well as the targets related to the development and improvement projects are determined and it is important that these targets should be in compliance with the mission, vision, policy and strategies and also with the other entity, department and individual targets.
The management with targets approach is a process that forms a common awareness and motivation related to the institutional targets and providing coordination between the institutional and individual targets, so serves to a purpose of reaching these two targets. In each entity we cooperate, a management style that is appropriate to the vision and mission of MNT is developed and the integration of this as a part of institutional culture and its continuance is provided. This management approach develops within time through combining with the features of the directors.
The performance measurements of the head and branch offices are monitored and supervised by the MNT Management Group through daily activity reports.
Our aim in MNT process management activities is to focus on customer and result, create a management arena where the applied method and systems are continuously investigated and improved and to remove the control and reviewing processes that do not generate added value. As a result of our process management approach, customer focused management has been encouraged, systematic approach has been brought for the privileges of our Entity and the efficient utilization of improvement facilities for our resources have been determined.
