CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM

Myocardial Perfusion Scintigraphy (SPECT) is used in the diagnosis of ischemic cardiac disease and the determination of myocardial damage, myocardial viability . The technique is also employed in the determination of the extent of reperfusion after bypass grafts and perioperative myocardial damage.

First Pass Radionuclide Angiocardiography, a) Congenital cardiac diseases (From left to right shunt and from right to left shunt) b) Right-left ventricular function analysis. The right ventricular functions are best examined with this method.
