Our personnel supply resources in MNT are ; internet, promotion amongst the current personnel or reference and recommendation from training institutes related to rotation method and CV.
When personnel requirement occurs regarding any position, initially the applications available in candidate pool are evaluated according to the requirements of the job. Our Human Resources department contact with the related candidates and the interviews are planned. The interviews are performed by our Human Resources Experts through ‘face-to-face interview method’. During the first interviews, the candidates are informed about MNT and the related position, the working conditions, salary policy and the social benefits.
The candidates found appropriate for the position are invited to a second interview at the related center to be performed by the department head. During this interview, the environment where the recommended job will be executed is introduced to the candidate. Medical, technical and administrative information about the job are given. The candidates been approved after the second interview meet with our Human Resources Director for to finalize the salary, commencement date, etc… After the approval of both parties, the employment procedures are initiated.
Qualifications Searched in Candidates
Minimum education level :
- The assistant health personnel should be a health personnel who has graduated from Health College or had the related courses
- The chiefs of the departments should have had specialization training in the related medical field
- The management class teams should have had high education concerned their job
- The supportive services personnel should have had at least basic education
- The vocational and technical experts should have the knowledge and skill required by the related job.
Attitude about military obligation : The candidates who have completed their military obligation are preferred.
Foreign language : Especially the management class teams should know English.
Experience : At least one year experience in the job to be performed is preferred.
