HR Policy

Our aim is to make our human force a temporary superiority of us in the global competition environment.

According to this aim;

  • In order to reach the targets stated in the mission and vision of MNT, working with team that is quality focused, energetic, able to make team work, innovative and give importance to improvement
  • Providing employment conditions for our institutional personnel according to their vocational information and abilities, fair and equal opportunities in terms of training and development
  • Creating working environments that enable all our personnel to exhibit their potentials at the highest level
  • Respecting to the identity of our personnel, protecting and observing their rights
  • Always being the entity where the personnel best in the related field are employed and where is preferred
  • Encouraging successful personnel according to the opportunities, awarding them and enabling them to improve their trainings.

Human resources form the basic stones of our policy.
   
Our salary profile is performed according to the duty classification and promotion basis.

MNT salary system has been formed through basing on the base and ceiling salary systematic pursuant to the quality of the personnel working in a similar work group and in accordance with the digit system based on promotion principle and due to the opportunity equality principle, equal salary for equal works principle has been adopted.


The personnel benefit from the meal facility at their entities. All health and assisting health service personnel working at MNT periodically have blood control and hepatitis vaccine.

Social events are organized for increasing the motivation and providing sharing through gathering our personnel together. Birthday and special date celebrations are conducted at personnel level with various gifts.
With periodically performed ‘personnel satisfaction surveys”, the satisfaction levels of our personnel in terms of him/herself, working environment, management, salary, individual improvement facilities, inner-entity communication and social facilities are measured and taken under evaluation.

Our Training Policy

The purpose of MNT training policy;
In order to enable all our personnel to conduct their duties in an efficient and qualified manner, carrying the training and information levels to an upper level and improve the performance levels, developing their qualifications and vocational knowledge, at the same time through contributing in their personal developments, enabling them to have information about the industrial innovations.

For these purposes, all of our personnel are subjected to basic orientation and inner-service training programs as of their employment. For the determination of the training requirements, the strategy and targets, performance evaluation results, duty requirements, feedbacks coming from director and personnel and new investment and projects carry importance. In the beginning of each year, ‘training requirement analysis’ is conducted and the inner-service training plans are determined. Furthermore, the participation in the congress is supported and the personnel whose presentation or circular is published are awarded.


Our Labor Health - Security Policy

At our entity, the general frame of the labor health and security as well as the terms to be complied with have been determined. Avoiding the vocational risks, protecting the health and security, removing the risk and accident factors and the training and acknowledgment of all personnel regarding labor health and safety are targeted and all activities are planned and audited through the committees related to our human resources unit.

Our Individual Recommendation System

The purpose of our individual recommendation system is to make the contribution of our personnel who know and live the problems and the continuous improvement approach a part of the company culture, to enable the recommendations having improvement potential to stay in front, to support the generation of new idea and projects, to award the contribution of our personnel in the operation according to their recommendations and to provide motivation.

Our individual recommendation team is a team that is formed of one personnel as a representative of all entity personnel, provides the activation of the system and the implementation of the policy and decisions and evaluates the incoming recommendations.

In this respect, our personnel submit recommendation about issues that strengthen the image of the entity, provide improvement in the current services and working environment, accelerate the information flow, develop the social and educational activities, strengthen the communication and make resource (labor, time, energy, money) saving.
According to the recommendations been evaluated in terms of contribution and appropriateness, they are materially and morally awarded.
